How it Works
The Routing Center provides a total fax solution for any
medium-to-large size business that depends on fax technology
to receive and transmit documents locally or worldwide.
Without the monthly costs of phone lines, The Routing Center
can seamlessly handle all faxing needs. Capacity, downtime
and maintenance issues are eliminated. Instead, it offers
constant reliability and on-demand capacity, as well as
the fail-safe measures that are built into the Venali global
network.
Venali provides the inbound fax number for the company’s
public folder. After faxes are received in the Venali folder
in their inbox, the Routing Center provides a list of un-routed
faxes with on screen display of fax contents in a separate
preview pane. A third pane provides a thumbnail view of the
fax pages. This makes it easy for the Routing Center operator
to scan for problems in the fax transmission, and then route
to the appropriate recipients using the firm’s existing
email addressing. The fax is delivered using a customer-configured
notification message, and optionally using a custom email
form.
Separate capabilities are provided to re-route faxes that
were routed earlier, search through routed faxes, quickly
dispense with junk faxes, and ask about faxes where no recipients
are identified on the fax. For companies that don’t
have personnel available any time of day and night, The Routing
Center has capabilities that run automatically, even after
hours. It also makes a copy of all faxes received so that
personnel can access them upon return to the office.
